Compliance
- The Association has established "a code of ethics" to clarify members' requirements to comply with laws, rules, and social norms.
We further require member companies to establish a system to prevent insider trading by compiling methods for employees to improve their ethical standards and strengthening internal oversight in handling important client information. We have prepared procedures for fair trading in the trust business to promote compliance with the antitrust laws for organizations dealing in the trust business and to ensure transparency and fairness.
Furthermore, we provide examples of the wording for preventing transactions with organized crime that should be incorporated into contracts in an effort to prevent transactions with anti-social forces, to cut off such relationships, and improve the compliance of member companies.
