Request and proposals

The Association acts as the conduit for communication concerning matters pertaining to the entire trusts industry for trust banks and other institutions and for related government agencies and organizations.
Pursuant to the policies and decision of various committees, the Association makes proposals, requests, and submissions on various aspects of areas such as legislative and tax system amendments and regulatory reforms.
