Agents for Trust Agreements act as Agencies for Trust Agreements (intermediation or acting as an agent in entering into a trust agreement) and can be individuals or corporations registered with the Prime Minister. Type II Financial Instruments Business Operators defined under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act can also sell Trust Beneficial Interests in accordance with that Act.
